Our story
We met at Carnival 2019 (at least that's what the legend says), in a meeting that seemed like fate. Little did Thales know that when he tried to look for someone else on Instagram, he would find the love of his life. Our first date only took place months later, in the enchanting gardens of Palácio do Catete, in November of the same year, and a series of other meetings followed before the pandemic. During this pandemic hiatus, we built a friendship that turned into love and companionship over the years.
We made our relationship official on August 28, 2021, after Dani asked the question that changed everything: "Can I call you my boyfriend?" In September of the following year, we decided to move in together and begin the journey of building our home. Little by little, the house began to look like us and the routine was now that of a married couple. But Dani always made it very clear that her dream was to get married for real.
On February 7, 2024, Thales surprised by making the marriage proposal on the (side of) Trevi Fountain, in Rome, right after Dani threw a coin. And why wait a long time to share this happiness with you? See you on July 13, 2024 to celebrate this new stage in our lives.
